Natural Childbirth is a transformative and extraordinarily satisfying experience. Our four-week class is designed to
help you prepare for a safe, informed and supported birth.
You’ll emerge from class confident and relaxed, with a solid understanding of the physical and emotional processes of
birth, and the options available to you.
Our small, intimate classes include an in-depth look at the labor process, the mind-body connections in labor,
relaxation and comfort techniques, complications and interventions, breastfeeding and newborn care.
You’ll be given time to discuss and practice what you learn, exploring your hopes, expectations and fears surrounding birth, and be supported in
making choices that work for you.
